Returns and Refunds

We put our customers first! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase ( Except* all Covert, Pinhole, Hidden, & "Nanny Watch" type camera systems including the MicroEye Wireless Camera, as well as all Telephone Recorders ), please log-on to our online Return interface within 30 days of receipt of shipment for an exchange or refund to obtain an RMA number. Returned/ exchanged merchandise shipped back to CCTVwholesalers.com will not be accepted without a Returned Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15 percent. Returns totaling greater than $3,500 shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit card purchases are subject to an additional 5 percent restocking fee. Shipping charges and custom or special orders are non-refundable. All packages shipped back to CCTVwholesalers.com must be in original condition, contain all original packaging materials, shall be shipped insured, and must clearly display given RMA number on the exterior of the packaging. If returned merchandise is found to be damaged, tampered with, or otherwise not in a resalable condition, package shall be returned to purchaser at additional expense. **

* Due to the nature of the equipment purchased, all sales of any covert, hidden, or "nanny watch" type camera, or any other camera that is sold with a pinhole lens, are considered final and shall not be returned for a refund. However, these cameras may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment, and at CCTVwholesalers.com's discretion, for any other camera of equal value, or the purchase amount may be credited towards an upgrade of any other system of greater value. Exchanged items shall not be returned or re-exchanged for another item.

Unless specifically specified, all equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects. Length of warranty varies depending upon make and model. All product warranty lengths are stated on product sheets, our catalog, and on our Internet catalog. Defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, tampering, and unauthorized repairs are not covered by warranty. Within the warranty period, CCTVwholesalers.com, will at it's discretion repair or replace the product(s) without charge.

Warranty Repair Procedure

Please note that all equipment returned to CCTVwholesalers.com for warranty repair must first receive a RMA number. RMA numbers may only be obtained via our convenient online Warranty Repair Request Interface. A Cctvwholesalers.com exclusive, this system is online 24 hours a day, allows you to instantly track the progress of your repair request through our system, ask technical questions to our staff, and even lets you learn the technical disposition of our findings on your equipment!

Due to strict security protocol, please note that your RMA number must be clearly displayed on the exterior packaging of the returned equipment or the returned package will be refused at our loading dock. To ensure speedy processing, please address returned package to Warranty Repair Department, CCTVwholesalers.com, 1308 Dealers Ave., New Orleans, Louisiana, 70123, U.S.A. CCTVwholesalers.com shall not be responsible for shipping charges or for lost packages. For this reason, we recommend that all returned packages be sent "Insured Freight." As we pride ourselves for providing the best tech support in the industry, CCTVwholesalers.com is pleased to boast a 2 to 3 day turn around time on most all equipment returned for repair. Perhaps even more impressive is that we ship the repaired or replaced equipment back to to the customer using Airborne Express service at our expense * (Charges may be applied to customers outside the U.S.).

* CCTVwholesalers.com reserves the right to assess a minimum half hour service fee of $25, plus $25 every half hour thereafter, for the testing of any equipment returned for warranty repair, that is found to be faulty due to customer misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, tampering, unauthorized repair, or if the tested equipment is found to be in perfect working order . In this event, the service fee may automatically be charged to the customer's credit card in addition to any shipping and handling fees that may be incurred for return shipment.

Legality of Products

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Kinder Guard, LLC, dba Cctvwholesalers.com or any employee of said company, to determine and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered by Kinder Guard, LLC, dba Cctvwholesalers.com. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any products offered. By placing an order, the Purchaser agrees that all products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.


Prepayment, in United States currency, is required before product(s) may be shipped. Payment includes shipping and handling charges and, where applicable, sales taxes. Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as money orders, cashiers checks, and money/wire transfers. Public Safety and governmental entities within the United States may also pay via departmental accounts. In some instances, Kinder Guard may accept checks drawn on business accounts. In all instances involving payment by check, Kinder Guard reserves the right to postpone shipping for seven business days or until the check clears the bank.


All International and Domestic shipments shall be sent via Airborne Express. For the protection of our customers, Kinder Guard performs an address verification on all orders and shall only ship packages to the known billing address of the used credit card.

Sales Taxes

Any orders shipped to destinations within Louisiana must include applicable state and local parish tax, unless a copy of a tax exemption certificate can be sent via fax or mail to Kinder Guard, LLC. Please click here for contact information.

Sales Refusal

Kinder Guard, LLC reserves the right to refuse the sale of any equipment to any individual, business, or organization, when it is feared or believed that the equipment may be used for immoral and criminal purposes. Immoral purposes includes but is not restricted to the use of a web-based "sex" cam. Criminal purposes includes but is not restricted to criminal voyeurism.


All customer information is retained for internal administration purposes only, and shall not be given or sold to any third party for marketing purposes. To ensure confidentiality, all packages are shipped plain-packaged without identifying markings.
