Router support to view CCTV Cameras / DVR via the Internet

Although our DVRs are shipped ready to stream live video over the Internet, the firewall inside of your home or business's router is designed to keep data inside your network environment, and will not allow you to remotely view your cameras unless properly configured.  In effort to better assist our clients, Cctvwholesalers is pleased to provide an inexpensive soltuion for router configurations.  For a small fee, you can have one of our techs remotely configure your router for you.

$75 covers the initial connection fee and first 30 minutes of tech support.  Each additional minute of Level II networking support is only $1.25.   Please note that the $75 fee is a special discounted rate for owners of our DVRs.  If you purchased your DVR elsewhere, we are still happy to assist you, but please note that the initial fee is $100.

Estimated total cost: 
Depending on the type of internet connection you have, and the complexity of your network, prices will vary.  As a rule of thumb, for small businesses and residential jobs involving a cable Internet connection, the $75 normally covers the entire job.  Larger businesses using multiple routers/ firewalls typically take well over an hour.
Router Configuration for Stand-alone DVRs

For configuring a router to allow remote access to a standalone DVR such as the EH1000-series.
Once you have purchased a service, please use the form below to connect to our in-house New Orleans based tech support center. If you wish for us to configure your router, you should complete the form and click the button from one of your Windows-based PCs from within the same network that your DVR resides. If you own a PC-Witness Pro-Series DVR, or another Window's based DVR, then you should complete and submit the below form from your actual DVR.

Please note that we are open Monday through Friday, from 9 A.M ~ 6 P.M. CST, and that given the popularity of our services, you may need to wait in a holding que. Should we be encountering a backlog, a technician will contact you in effort to set up an appointment time.
