Once you have purchased a service, please use the form below to connect to our in-house New Orleans based tech support center. If you wish for us to configure your router, you should complete the form and click the button from one of your Windows-based PCs from within the same network that your DVR resides. If you own a PC-Witness Pro-Series DVR, or another Window's based DVR, then you should complete and submit the below form from your actual DVR.
Please note that we are open Monday through Friday, from 9 A.M ~ 6 P.M. CST, and that given the popularity of our services, you may need to wait in a holding que. Should we be encountering a backlog, a technician will contact you in effort to set up an appointment time.
